Episode 06: The Growing Year: Reflections on 2018

So 2018 will be one of the most unforgettable years that I've experienced (to date) in adulthood. I was stretched and challenged in ways that I could never have imagined, and I'm thankful for that. By special request, I've focused the last Iced Coffee Confessions episode of 2018 on all of the lessons that I've learned this year. We're chatting about everything from energy, to the gift and promise found in a 'NO', to mental health, to finding goodness in unexpected places. 2018 was the growing year, and I look forward to all that it's prepared me for in the years to come.
