Episode 060: "Amor Fati AKA The Love Of Fate”

I'll be honest with you... I have been working on my MINDSET for a few years now. I have been studying different strategies and exercises as I try to find out what works best for me. I was introduced to Stoicism a few weeks ago, and so far, so good. Obviously I'm not an expert on the matter and honestly can't even tell you much about it. But what I have learned so far I have already implemented. Today I discuss, Amor Fati or The Love Of Fate. Which basically means to not only be ok with the things that happen to us, but to love them and be better for them. As Ryan Holiday of The Daily Stoic explains to us... Marcus Aurelius would say: “A blazing fire makes flame and brightness out of everything that is thrown into it.” So get out there, take your challenges, love them, and turn them into fuel for your fire!
