Episode 061: Wiring, Swaps, and More with Brian from iWire

Jon and Ryan sit down with Brian from iWire to talk about wiring, Subaru swaps, and everything Subaru wiring. Anything to do with wiring, and the electrical system, in general, can be really hard to diagnose.  And if you are trying to do something like swap a turbo engine into a car that didn't come that way, there can be a lot of wiring involved.  For many of us, this is the part of those types of projects that we like least.  But that is what Brian from iWire likes and does best. iWire started out as a service to help merge two Subaru wiring harnesses together to make turbo swaps much, much easier for the rest of us.  But now, Brian and the folks at iWire have taken the wiring knowledge that they have gained and started to make other wiring solutions available to make other projects easier for all of us like Fuel Pump wiring, grounding kits, finding the right plug, etc. We have a great chat with Brian about all of these topics this episode, and we even take on the discussion of the EJ20X and EJ20Y engines towards the end of the episode, so make sure you tune in for that if you are curious about those engines.
