Your loved one or you, yourself may be 100% clean and sober off of certain street drugs as marijuana, methamphetamines, and cocaine while basically appearing to be intoxicated as such when actually Euphoria is a common feature in many different mental disorders, external from anything but simple brain chemistry that is altered due to illness.
