Ladies and gentlemen, oh my gosh, I can't believe it's already come to this, but we are at Sunday. It is the final day of Joshua Fess. As I speak these words right now, I think we've got about two and a half, three hours left here. By the time you're hearing it, Joshua Fess, 2006, will be under wraps.

We have had a great, fantastic last three days. It's been a little crazy. Got a lot done, lots of bands have been seen. I think it's like 80 of them that we've seen over.

Well, you have seen, I've seen like five because I've been busy putting these podcasts together for you. I want to thank all the people out there who have been part of Joshua Fess, 2006. Like I said yesterday, it's really you people out there who make Joshua Fess so special, but enough sentimentalness. Feel like I'm at the last day of camp.

All we need now is one final bonfire. I'm gonna start things off with a little bit of the fold. This is backseat drivers. Got radial angel.

How you doing? Good, how are you doing? Pretty good. And who do we have with us today?

I'm Josh. I'm Tommy. Right on. How was you showing today?

I got a little bit of it out there. You know, I'm busy running around, but I was able to hear you guys. It was good. It's always good here.

With the view and with the fans and everything. It's a good combination, I guess you could say. Right on. No, I got part of it where you guys were saying that you almost got beat up for not playing a song last time.

Yeah, there's a song called She on our, I guess it's not our first record, but it's our first debut record that you can buy at Walmart. So I guess it's our first record and it's a song called She off there. And people really like that song, but we sometimes get tired of playing it, but you know, you gotta play it anyway. You gotta pee as the fans, right?

Yeah, exactly. Right on. Right on. Relaxed in, are you guys working on a new album?

Oh, we just kind of finished up a new record. It's called Waiting on Love, I blanked out for a second, just a couple months ago. And so we've done with the studio thing right now. We're actually riding for next record, even already.

We're kind of in the middle of a bunch of, we're shopping our record right now at a record label. So that's why we're keeping riding because even though we have a record done, they may not like half of it. So in and between there, we're touring. We got a tour coming up in a couple of weeks with zero theory.

Okay, yeah, they were here a couple of days ago. And then about in a month, we're going out with EverStays Red for a month. And then we got some festivals for the rest of the year and kind of spot dates. So in between, we're just taking it easy.

Chilling, chilling, chilling like a villain. Yeah, sounds like you're keeping yourself busy. I don't know where you're fitting in the chilling time in there. Yeah, yeah.

There's a little bit of it. Right on. And how long have you guys been together now? About eight years.

So you guys got, tell me, what would you say is one of your favorite stories from those eight years, either on tour or just messing around with each other? Okay, well, it's kind of funny, but it's kind of disturbing. We really go hand in hand. When we first started, almost we've been together about two years and we were on this tour in New Mexico for a radio station out there.

And we were in this particular city and this guy walks up to our lead singer. I think it was long black trench coat on. And he just said, did you guys just play? And we were like, yeah.

And he said, my name is Dr. Death. And I'll be visiting you soon. And he hands us this chrome skull and just walks away.

And so we're like kind of scared and kind of laughing at the same time, you know, because we just finished up. We ended up with a song called Love, which is on the same record as she. And we used to just kind of do a worship at the end. So it was really intense worship.

And then this Satan guy walks up and it's like, I'm Dr. Death and you'll be seeing me soon. So that was kind of scary, but it was funny. And we remember.

Did you ever see him again? No, he kind of actually disappeared as we were walking away. It's weird. That's fine.

No, I'm thinking that's pretty fun. I'm kidding on that part, but the rest of it's true. You can't have like Batman, he's supposed to vomit. Yeah, he actually said, oh, he turned around a second.

And then he ran off and yeah. Right now, where can people go to find out the info? Either, I mean, of course there's my space who doesn't have a Myspace. So that's got some.

Might want to give him that address. Well, Myspace.com slash Radio Angel. Right. I mean, it's kind of self-explanatory.

But there's that, that will have to be a jerk. Dude. No, that's got our tour schedule up, so does our website as well. That's our website would probably have maybe a little more information, I would say.

So Radio Angel.com is the address for the website. So that should get them set up if they need to know anything. All right, thank you very much guys. Right now, this is Radio Angel with This Is Love.

I've come to miss by then. He has somebody that's deep with him. Yeah, I can swim by the side of him. They can hardly one who loves this dog.

He has the super things that you showed me. Let me fall for it. Lost Ocean. Just glide right here on Joshua Fest 2006.

Final day of the Stincast. They might well be the hardest working band here at Joshua Fest. I think they performed three different shows. But my boy, DJY's, hardest working, DJ at Joshua Fest.

DJI think four different shows. So plus he was up on our roof here at the qualityjunk.com slash Joshua Fest official music store. Right now, in studio, I've got Minister RMB. How you doing?

Man, I'm tired. Bro, I had three hours of sleep last night. You know, I was in Bakersfield last night ministering, so dude, I'm Pete, bro. I'm worn out, I'm ready to sleep.

Yeah, yeah, it's a long drive. We are out in the middle of nowhere having a great time though. We got some great man, having a good time. What time, your performance tonight, let's see.

9.15. 9.15, going to be what stage you at? Renegade stage. Renegade radio.

Yeah. Always right across the line. Right across the hall. Nice.

Right on. Now you've got a new album coming up. Tell us a little bit about the project. This project has been four years in the making.

A lot of people that follow Gospel hip hop. They've probably seen ads for years and feed magazine, promoting the project. And it's finally come about, signed a little distribution deal. It'll be in stores nationwide, September 26.

It'll be in both mainstream stores, such as Tower of Virgin, Warehouse, as well as Family Christian and Bury and all the Christian stores. And it's called When the Storm Comes. It features a David Crowder from the David Crowder band on the title track, it's a hot song, the author of Every Man's Battle, Stephen Arta Burns on the album. Nice.

And we do a song called Every Man's Battle, just exposing the lies of pornography and really just trying to address issues on this project, bro, that the church is ignoring and the church thinks it's taboo, because for whatever reason, they're afraid to tackle real hardcore issues that our young people in this generation are facing on a daily basis. And so the project, it's a pretty dark project. It deals with suicide, divorce, sexual abuse, pornography, and addiction. So, okay, we got the Every Man's Battle that's dealing with pornography.

Now I've got, I've seen your sign out. You got the same shirt? Right. What's the logo?

Man, it's Don't Be Pimped. We have a website ministry called Don'tBePimped.com. And the catch phrase, the slogan is, the devil's a pimp, don't be his hoe. And you know what I'm saying, it's pretty controversial, right in your face, hardcore, just dealing with things raw, letting people know in the church, end the world, don't be prostituted to the ways of Satan, don't allow the devil to pimp you, don't be his hoe.

And sometimes, you know, people get religious and traditional and they get offended by the terminology. But, you know, all throughout the Old Testament, God uses the term whore, which is, you know, today, hoe is slang for whore. And so, we're just pretty much saying, you know what, don't be used by the enemy, but be used by God and be passionate and gangster and serious about who Jesus has called you to be. You know, but the ultimate goal, bro, is just to really address issues and to love people with no agenda, like Jesus loved them.

And the thing that's hard, man, is like, in one of my songs, I say, I ain't broke back, but Jesus loves homos. Of course, he hates, they send, tell me something that I don't know, religious po, always trying to run that drag how you show in Christ love, screaming God hates facts. And I think, man, it's like crazy, because, you know, I'll tell somebody I'm ministering to, somebody that's gay or lesbian or a prostitute. And the first thing, some religious people say is, oh my gosh, but he hates their sin.

And it's like, you know what, yeah, we know that, but God has called us to love people with no agenda, love them regardless of where they're at. And God, the Holy Spirit would do the work and change their life. And so, that's kind of the main focus of our ministry, is just to go out, love people where they're at, no matter what thing, no matter what may be going on. And so, it's hard, man, because we want to let people know God isn't called us just to go to church.

God hasn't just called us to come to church, come to youth group, God has called us to be the church, and go outside of the four walls. And nowadays, that sounds cliche, but it's so true. The heart of Jesus is on the streets. The heart of Jesus is with the prostitute and the porn star and the stripper and the young girl that's been abused, which has led her to be a stripper or a porn star or a prostitute.

God's heart is with the broken hearted. And so, that's where we want to go, not only in our personal lives and in our music, but in every aspect of what we do. That's what we look at. And like Rob Bell says, everything is spiritual.

We can't separate our work and our jobs and everything from our spiritual, like everything is spiritual. And so, man, that's just where I'm at, dude, I love God, I love Jesus and I just want to be real passionate and talk about issues that young people are struggling with, man, porn sex, because man, if the church isn't talking about it, young people are hearing it from school, at school from their friends and from MTV and BET and young ladies, we want to relay the message that these young ladies that 50 Cent and the gang says are only good for sex, we want to let them know that that's not true, that God has created them as precious and beautiful daughters. And that's how he views them. They don't have to dress up and try to let these guys park a lot of pimp and speak games to them.

They can truly accept who their identity is in Jesus. And so, that's our desire to spread throughout our music, man. Right on, dude, I just, great ministry. Thanks, bro.

We're going to drop the title track for you right now. It's when the storm comes featuring David Crowder. And if you didn't see him at Joshua Fest, we're going to get more info. Bro, you guys can hit me up at don'tbpimps.com or at Minister RMB.

That's not RMB, like music. That's RMB. R is in renewed, M is in mind, B is in brother. MinisterRMB.com, hit me up or at myspace.com forward slash Minister RMB.

All right, thank you very much. Thanks, brother. Much love. More magic.

The pain of a son is he watches mother die. That I age a dirty one can. Flipping seas, I can type this woman's life. So, the one's got him.

So, he's always left to grow in the dark world. So, cold, empty. And for like anger one, it's sound so bold. Yet, he still couldn't see the danger.

It'd be so easy in this life to get left out. Ties rising online, shorts, and you get swissed out. Steering through, clouded windows, lightning, flashing in. Heavy, burning from the waves of paint, crashing in.

See, he had other mini stones where he was growing up. But God was faithful in his perfect time showing up. In the midst of disappointment and terrible loss. He had peace and received the message of the cross.

So, he'd get to God's voice he called on Jesus' name. And ever since that day, he's never been the same. He said, we've been nice, when the storm comes. We need Christ, the Lord.

No one could have imagined what happened on the 11th of September. So, real, but it happened today. We'll always remember how to hold you on with hope. See, you rest with surrender, tosses, hair is waxing.

Hold it, then a night in December. Ever so clear, it's a picture in the second plane. Hit, turn image, break it on mine. Something will never forget.

The time and tear a clue, it was paying in full of sorrow. Life changed, never the same with the certainty of tomorrow. And it's a trick, what I think about the last lie. Children's never see they get it.

Women's never see they watch. Is this world together? Life's a struggle, barely gonna survive. So many left speechless.

Naked why God? Why God? Why God? Why God?

Why God? Why God? Why God? Why God?

Why God? We've been making sweat over time but don't ever lose hope. Do joy is coming in the morning, sound God don't sing. He wants to hear your broken heart and all your shattered dreams.

Shout out dreams, my soul's all not mine. And with that glory, his day will be like one of a torspo. It's bright and white to tears from my eyes. Brothers and sisters I told you in the name of Christ.

All your bodies, I gotta live. I'll never sacrifice. Hold it and please. Your act of worship even through the pain.

We got a special treat for you tonight. This song is dedicated to living stone, cookbook of L.A. Symphony, Sir Rock Domes, and all of the homies that came here, and all the homies are going to make it. Here, here, here.

Here's a little blanket at my grandmother's neck. Here's a little blanket at my grandmother's neck. Check it, check it. Here's a little blanket at my grandmother's neck.

One side is buffalo and coyote split. A pair of beaded magazines, I hope they fit. This is the strongest horse that you left us with. And I'm the strongest engine in my trap, you know.

I'll give you my soul if you let my son go. I'll give you control of all that I own. Although that I hold of all we've been. We're naked and poor and we will fight no more.

We take it that you're going to be here for. As long as the sun doesn't rise anymore. You tell us that you come and spread the Gospel of God. It's the rape of all women and the Gospel of God.

It's the hunk of all children and the Gospel of God. It's the loss of the God to see the... It's all crimson skin to your men, where you'll save your same fuss again and again. You tell us to power your virgin statue, close in every person for ancient value.

Power to that moment door we will grab you. Power to that moment door we will stab. Show your slap, look, beat your dragon. How they paint, could you help me?

Good, you can't. Mercy of my soul, virgin Mary, come along. My God, it's not coming, now you're disheart. Believe the one thing that can do no harm.

Is that pain beat in that virgin songs? Rockin' trials through. Rockin' trials through. Rockin' trials through.

Rockin' trials through. Rockin' trials through blood and flu. Like a desert car in the scarlet rain. Compurify this broken land and heal us from the will of man.

I need you to hold my hand and help me take a stand. You still accept my sinful life. You are the love of... Alright, I don't remember when I was a little child.

I wondered off into the woods about a couple miles. Father came to find me scared and deep inside the wild. Helped me get in his arms and put me in the eyes and smiled. Sad cloud, what a curious rock will you bend.

I know the sentence in a minute's proud third you win. But in those bushes you'll find battle snakes and me serpents. When I make you buy you exactly what my father meant. You y'all repent of me but burn this blade to your flesh.

And now you're anxious and really make it any sense. To love families and they sleep up burning down a tense. It's too intense, but you're... No offense, but we turn our back and you attack.

Did the same thing to that man who sinned is painted black. Made us many promises but never kept a one. Promised he would take our land and what was said was done. Checking life is a tucker every night in the night.

Death lights when it's coming from a spear to your side. Slide into the soul as it's summoned to the sun. The thunder and the drum and the hunger and the... Rocking trowels through blood and flame.

Like a desert falling for scarlet rain. Come pure a fire, this broken land. And heal us from the will of man. I need you to hold my hand.

And help me take a stand at end. You still accept my sinful light. You are the love of my... Light.
