from Yo!!! Did You See...?!? Hosted by Leda Kay & Dee Steele
Yo, did you see Voltron: Legacy Defender on Netflix? Fam listen, if you are someone that appreciates anime and/or cartoon series, then this is definitely an episode for you! In Episode 8 of the "Yo, did you see...?!?" podcast, Derek invited a great friend of his, fellow 80s baby and anime consumer extraordinaire Jo'rell Whitfield to talk about Voltron. As long time fans since the 80s of the Voltron cartoon, they touch on a lot of different aspect of the Netflix series in a way you may not hear on other platforms. This episode is a little different since this is a show Leda Kay and Dee Steele don't both watch. So, Leda Kay is with us in spirit on this one. Jo'rell and Dee talk about the rich history of the show, compare it to other anime/cartoons they grew up watching, talk about their favorite characters and even let us know how many daps they give the series. Listen in and let us know what you think! #BeBoldBeIntentionalBeFree and #LiveLegendary
