K-Swiss is one of six lifestyle brands within KSGB, a multi-brand company based in Southern California, and a division of Eland, based in South Korea.-Previously, Chief Marketing Officer at K-Swiss Global brands, overseeing brand strategy, marketing and product for the portfolio of brands including K-Swiss, Palladium, Supra, KR3W and OTZ Shoes. -He's a senior executive with twenty five years of experience in North America, Europe and Asia, currently charged with re-building the K-Swiss brand. Lead the new K-Swiss management team in building company values and culture, organizational strategy, brand strategy, distribution strategy and product line architecture. Oversaw the re-launch of heritage boot brand Palladium, starting from scratch and creating a globally relevant and desirable brand with major momentum and sales of over $100M in just four years. Lead all aspects of marketing for the PUMA brand in North America for seven years, during brand explosion, rapidly creating a twenty five person team managing over $40M in innovative marketing campaigns. Strengths include brand building, communications strategy, organizational structure, building company culture, team leadership, creativity and distribution strategy.
