Episode 09: Traveling Consciously

After recording this episode I realized when it is released I will be surfing in Nicaragua! Which is in perfect alignment with the topic of the episode which is about how to travel consciously, both mentally and financially. I love when the universe has all the stars align. I was super excited to have my friend and healing sister Jeneil Bamberg as a guest to tell us about her business as a somatic travel coach and how she travels mindfully.
