Episode 1

This Ain’t It is a raw, truth-based platform focused on gang awareness, prevention, and real transformation. Founded by Perrie Thompson, a former East Coast Crip from Los Angeles now serving 50-to-life for a gang-related murder, this channel exposes the realities of street life to save others from the same path. Incarcerated at 17, Perrie used his time to grow—becoming a certified mentor, Substance Use Disorder Counselor, and Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist. He’s also the author of Striving to Be a Failure. Through unfiltered stories and expert insight, Perrie educates, inspires, and empowers youth, families, and communities. If you're looking for truth without glorification, you're in the right place. Subscribe now and follow This Ain’t It on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to join the movement.
