NoRep welcomes Janna Breslin, cover model and CrossFitter, to the program. Janna has her own fitness app, a 'basic bitch dog' and a crazy story about overcoming heavy metal poisoning and the boredom of body building through the miracle of CrossFit. Oh, and she and Seth put together a WOD, 'The Janna,' designed to destroy old, short men who lack mobility. Tony is not happy about it.
