Episode 1: Able Seaman Yvette Yong

Able Seaman Yvette Yong is a Naval Communicator in the Canadian Forces Naval Reserve at HMCS York in Toronto. She is also an extremely accomplished Taekwondo athlete, and the 2018 CISM Female Athlete of the Year, Canadian Forces Female Athlete of the Year, and the Royal Canadian Navy Female Athlete of the Year. She won a silver medal at the World Military Games in Wuhan, China this past October and has won many national and world championships.
