Episode 1 : Fresh Starts

I really wanted to use today to talk about something pretty heavy but super relatable: the whole pressure of starting over. Before we get into that though, I wanted to quickly clear the air about my old show, The Japple Acks Podcast, and why I decided to leave it behind. No drama, just being real with you guys. From there, we are talking about how scary new beginnings can be, that weird lonely feeling you get right after a big life change, and why it is totally okay to outgrow things that just do not fit you anymore. This is just a safe, quiet spot to vent, breathe, and figure life out together. I am honestly so glad you are here hanging out with me today.
