We asked our listeners what they would like to hear about, and we got a lot of great responses but realized they were all very similar...the people wanted to know "How can you adequately be there for someone you love that struggles with mental illnesses, if you haven't ever personally experienced it?" So, your favorite Two Undead Girls sat down and started thinking of a list of things that would ACTUALLY help those who have no experience with mental health issues.
