Good bad and sometimes downright ugly- change happens. Trust me, I know. My name is Heidi and this is the Surviving Changes Podcast.At some point we have all gotten up in the morning and dreamed of moving to another country instead of going to work. Well, I did that- three times. As you can imagine, there have been lots of changes along the way. From learning how to drive in Australia -it’s more challenging to adapt to then you’d think- to the emotions that come with watching the place I considered home in Puerto Rico be destroyed by a hurricane, there has been lots of crapping and adapting.Subscribe to the Surviving Changes Podcast and we will relive some of those changes together. It’s an amazing journey with plenty of ups and downs and we can laugh at it all...now. Maybe you can even pick up a few practical survival tips I learned along the way that will help you to adapt when all you really want to do is crap.
