Episode 1 Introductions/hypnotherapy basics

In this first episode of Hypnotic Awareness, we were having fun winging it and just talking about our plan for our podcast and some background information on ourselves. Quessie, Ashleigh, and Ali met virtually at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America and have been meeting up a couple times a week since graduating from the program. Hypnotherapy and practicing self-hypnosis has affected the three of us in such a profound way, we wanted to share it with the world - thus Hypnotic Awareness was born!
