Today's guest is Josh Dionne who is a former Division 1 lacrosse national champion, coach, and now the new lacrosse director at MSI. Josh was a two-time national champion at Duke University, coached at Navy and University of North Carolina, but had to deal with the struggles of going about life without any help. To the point of declining help from a well-respected division 1 coach and had to eventually look himself in the eyes and make changes.
