Welcome to the first episode of our podcast as our president, Anna Chaban, reads a chapter written by her grandmother Zenovia Hrynah Chaban "My "Computer" Memory through the Eyes of a "War Child"" for the 2013 publication of "Children of War: Lives and Fates." She reads about her grandmother's childhood experiences in Lviv, Ukraine during World War II and the displacement and repression that her family and community had endured under Soviet forces after the war.
