Welcome to Talking Salford. This is a new official podcast from The University of Salford in which we interview some of the most interesting and celebrated members of our alumni about their time at Salford and how it has impacted their careers. For our first guest, we welcome back journalist and neurodiversity consultant Nick Ransom back to campus. Nick graduated from our BA Television and Radio Production programme in 2018 and has since gone on to work on a number of groundbreaking television projects including the BBC documentary Inside our Autistic Minds with Chris Packham. Nick found out he was autistic in his second year of University and went on to found the Neurodiverse Media Community group to make neurodiversity more visible in the media industry.
