Episode 1: Poltergeist

Welcome my curious souls to the first episode in our new Podcast series called What's that Haint? You may ask yourself, what in the world is a haint? Haint is an Appalachian term that refers to a dead spirit or something that scares the bejeevers out of you! In this series, we will be covering the many types of haints that exist out there even beyond Appalachia. In this episode, we are going to be compiling all of our options on what a poltergeist could be. Is it an angry spirit, hoax, or psychic manifestation? I will leave the final decision to you on that one! This podcast is run by Mountain Mama Investigations, an Appalachian High Strangeness Research Team dedicated to aiding those in paranormal crisis and historical preservation.
