Episode 1: The Mom Guilt of it All: How Good Moms Came to Be
from Good Moms · host Vianey
Hello and welcome to episode #1 of Good Moms! My name is Vianey and I am excited and a little terrified, if I’m being honest, to premiere this very first episode. I'm kicking things off today talking about how a bout of postpartum anxiety led the way to starting Good Moms. In this episode, I talk about how feeding my kids played a key role in my personal experience dealing with guilt & shame in motherhood. I talk a little about my culture, screentime and add my thoughts on mom guilt in general. Motherhood is unique, just like every child is unique. That's why it's important for us moms to stick together. I hope you enjoy!Music by Dana Music from PixabayIf you liked this episode or previous episodes, like, rate, or leave a review!
