Episode 1 The Phoenix Lights

Welcome to our first foray into the Podcasting and mixology business. We are amateurs and frankly fine with that. Drink & Be Spooky with us as we get buzzy and laugh at our own stupid jokes all while learning about The Phoenix Lights. Phoenix Lights Cocktail: 2oz Hendricks Gin(I use Flora Adora because I like the extra botanicals) that have had butterfly pea flowers steeped in until the color comes out. 2oz Lemon Simple Syrup 1oz Elderflower Soda 1 oz Vodka In an old fashioned glass pour your simple syrup, soda, and voda and give a little stir. With a large spoon, pour the gin carefully on top of the lemon syrup so that it floats. If you want the fire in the sky, spritz ever clear on to the top of the drink and light. ***PLEASE EXTINGUISH FLAME BEFORE CONSUMING WE ARE NOT DRAGONS WE CANT DRINK FIRE!!!*** ENJOY
