In this first episode, Nigel shares a true story about a visit to a disgusting property where a man tries to feed him lies, making a mockery of the principle of utmost good faith! Not on Nigel's watch! There is a lady with big glasses, a dangerous dog and a cat covered in paint. There is also cash in the attic.
