Episode 1: Who the F*ck is the Mushroom Mamasita?

Who am I and what am I doing here? Such an existential question lol. In this kick off episode I get into who I am and why I decided to create this podcast. If that sounds boring, don’t worry because in honor of launching I will also share 10 of my favorite lessons that psychedelic psychotherapy has taught me and my clients. Every episode I will share a book that I feel like supports the message or theme of each show. I touch on a lot in this episode but I did mention Second Mountain by David Brooks. Enjoy!
