Episode 1 - Zoning Reform

Our inaugural episode! Then we get into our book club segment, where we discuss the first three chapters of People, Power, and Profits by Joseph Stiglitz. And finally, we do a deep dive into recent zoning reforms that have been enacted around the country to enable more housing construction.
