Episode 10: Arden-Arcade

from Capital 5th Podcast Hosted by Ben Howard

This week I am featuring the Arden-Arcade area, an unincorporated part of Sacramento County…. Located just east of Sacramento, with easy access to Highway 50 and Interstate 80…. Arden-Arcade has many parks and is located near Sacramento State University…. Arden-Arcade also benefits from its location along the American River with cycling trails, fishing, and walking paths.….. Arden-Arcade is about 30 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to downtown Sacramento from Arden-Arcade are about 20 minutes and only ten miles…. I selected Arden-Arcade this week because only 17 single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 160 single family homes available in Arden-Arcade which is the most inventory in three years….. If Arden-Arcade sounds like a community that you would be interested in, then please consider my deal of the week…. Just reduced $24,000 and on the market for almost a month, it is now priced at $875,000….. This four bedroom, two bathroom home has over 2,000 square feet of living space and has been completely remodeled including the roof, heating and air conditioner, appliances, flooring, plus.. much more…. It’s located in a neighborhood that’s very close to restaurants and shopping…. The home is on a large lot and has a nice backyard….
