In this episode, Emily shares her own experiences with anxiety which lead her to develop the app to help others going through similar experiences as herself. Emily and I discuss the barriers to seeking out mental health care, including affordability and accessibility, and how Buddy aims to fill the gap between traditional in-person therapy and free meditation apps.
