Darrin has been working in the industry longer than @cap_n_kirk7 has been alive. He has cupped countless coffees, met many amazing producers and helped drive a movement that has made the Specialty Coffee industry what it is today. In this podcast we talk about how the Cup of Excellence is run, how judges are selected and delve into many other operational questions about the COE. This year the first ever Ethiopian COE was held which was a game changer for the home of coffee and for us all!
