Episode 10: Divorce: It All Comes Back To Love

"You cannot heal the pain by avoiding it. You have to look at it. It doesn't stay around forever, but the more you push it down or shove it down or avoid it, it's just going to get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger."   When you have children together, navigating divorce comes with an extra set of challenges. Not only are you handling your own emotional pain, but you feel responsible for your child as well.  All in all, the most important thing to remember is that it all comes back to love, which is what I discussed with my recent guest on the Divorce Doctor Podcast, Heather Chauvin.  Heather is a leadership coach who helps ambitious, overwhelmed women conquer their fears and become leaders at work and home.
