Episode 10: Dr. Jennifer Park and Dr. Casey Hall Discuss Silence, Solitude, and Prayer

In this episode, Dr. Brian Fidler discusses with Dr. Jennifer Park and Dr. Casey Hall not just the "what" of spiritual disciplines and their effect upon us, but also the "how," the posture of our hearts and engaging the disciplines of silence, solitude, and prayer. They explore the inner dynamics of the spiritual disciplines and how we learn to sit within them, to live within them, and allow ourselves to be brought more and more fully into union with Christ. The effect of our union with God will be profound for students as well as the work we do as psychotherapists.
