In late 2019, Canada Health Infoway embarked on a large-scale public consultation with Canadians from every walk of life and in every province and territory. "A Healthy Dialogue" solicited Canadians' hopes, concerns and expectations for their health system, through two rounds of consultation: before and after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
