As Healers and Helpers, we are conditioned to help others at our own expense, to give when we don’t have it to give, and that our value comes from what we do for everyone else. The cost is often our own health and happiness. Connie and Michelle are both survivors of the healer martyrdom, and they are now committed to heal, empower and equip others to live and lead in health and wholeness. In this episode, Michelle shares her personal experience of burnout, her journey back to health, and the life shifting wisdom that transformed her life – and how she uses it to transform the lives of others.   Michelle has been studying and teaching others about natural health for 20 years.  Helping others see God’s heart of love in healing through the difficult things we face emotionally,  spiritually and physically brings great joy and purpose. Michelle loves breaking free from generational misunderstandings of God’s design for food by cooking and developing recipes for nourishing,  soul-filling food.
