Episode 10 Joel E.

Welcome, everyone, to another episode of the Room 14 Recovery Podcast and today we have a special guest joining us. Please forgive me for missing yet another week! This is actually an old recording but this guest is a great wealth of experience, strength and hope! He's pool player and writer. A good guy with a bunch of great skills. I met him in the rooms of AA but he has a triple diagnosis. He’s a husband, father and good friend. I know you will value his story. Welcome and thank you, Joel! As promised, below are the two meetings I’ve checked out as of yet. Great groups! Great People! Mountain Lakes Group Wednesday at 8:00 PM Community Church 48 Briarcliff Road Cedar Knolls Oaks East Group Thursday at 7:30 PM Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church 75 Ridgedale Avenue Thank you so much Joel! THANK YOU to all of the people that have listened and are supporting me in this journey. If this story might relate to someone in your life, please refer it to them! Maybe it will help them ask for the help they need. I live in Nebraska and the local Alcoholics Anonymous hotline is 1-877-792-1044. The national AA crisis line is 1-800-839-1686. Anyone who needs suicide or mental health-related crisis support, or who has a loved one in crisis, can connect with a trained counselor by calling, chatting, or texting 988. Have a very Happy and Safe Halloween! It's a fun time for many and there is often a lot of fun, sober activities. Live your life with joy and reach out for help! As always, have a great day!
