He prioritizes transparency in government by making audit reports accessible to the public. Under his leadership, the Auditor’s Office has identified intentional misspending across all levels of government and has received national awards for audit excellence. In addition to his past service in the U.S. Air Force, he also holds degrees in accounting and business administration. Josh has over 15 years of public service serving in leadership capacities for the state of North Dakota, and is actively involved in volunteering in the community.
