This is episode is continuation of the previous episode on Why Mental Health Matters. This is the second part of a three-part series on a subject that all four of us as mental health providers are extremely passionate about. For this episode we brought in a guest, Ms. Chari Herron. She is a phenomenal therapist and is s wealth of knowledge regarding therapy. She currently owns and operates her own private practice, Divine Restoration Counseling and Consultation, as well as works as the Lead Mental Health Counselor at Thrive Alabama. Our hope is to spread awareness concerning mental health and the subsequent services available and that our listeners will get something from this deep, honest, and real conversation from the viewpoint of both a Licensed Professional Counselors and a Licensed Social Worker.
