According to his statistics, a very low percentage of people who make New Year's Resolutions keep them, and women are more likely to pull through with theirs than men. This gets the guys going on a conversation about goals and resolutions and whether or not we keep them. Why do we only set goals on New Year's? The gym is crowded, health food stores are packed, and come February, everything changes. Most importantly, what qualifies as fast food? It's life greatest mystery.
