Episode 10 - Renika's UC and Crohn's IBD journey and Story

In today's Episode I am joined with the Crohn's Veteran Co-host Renika who was was initialy diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2011 and then she was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease a couple of years later in 2015. Renika has been through a lot in her IBD journey. She is an insparation to others where she loves educate others and help people and share her story. She does lots of work surrounding IBD awareness and on the Crohns Veteran Podcast. She offers great advise and we touch on what we would say to a newly diagnosed person to help them.
