Apologies for the weeklong delay but we are back for a special episode. We are pleased to have our first international guest, Sam Nicholson from Australia’s Quivers joins us. The band writes infectious pop songs that deal with dark subject matter while also prompting us to hum along with jangly hooks and sweet sweet harmonies! Despite having their 2020 US tour and NXNE performance cancelled due to COVID, Quivers found heavy rotation on KEXP and released their take on R.E.M’s Out of Time.
