Strong Body, Strong Mama with Julie Leonard! Julie Leonard is a mom of 3 small children, a wife and the founder of Strong Body Strong Mama. She coaches women to be mentally and physically fit for birth, achieve positive birth experiences and easier postpartum recoveries. She specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum moms with a focus on core and pelvic health.  Julie is a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo. She was a competitive swimmer at the national level for over 15 years including in college and the Canadian Olympic trials. Julie’s swimming spurred an interest in health and fitness. After her own struggles through pregnancy and postpartum, Julie became fascinated with the transition into motherhood and realized that our current system is lacking in supporting pregnant and postpartum moms.
