Episode 10 The Alchemy of the Shadow Part 1

Send us Fan MailThis episode was a little more challenging for me to record. As I dive deeper into myself and into my own shadow, wounds open and certain things resurface that try to convince me this isn't safe and to keep myself small because that is safe. Don't you your voice Liz because that has been dangerous in the past. Don't show that passionate side because it scares people. This is too much. In actuality I am being pushed to dance in those shadows. I am being pushed to dance where others run. I do this to gain the tools I need to help me move forward and to maybe help someone else who is where I have been or who may be in a similar place to where I am now. This journey is scary and messy but we are stronger than we think we are. In this episode I discuss some stuff that may get some hate and that may be controversial but its my goal to help others and to hopefully do so in the safest ways possible. If that means sharing an opinion that causes others to maybe rethink this whole new age spiritual quick fix mentality then so be it. This is not about quick fixes or bypassing. We are here to remember the primal and whole of who we are. We may not be in the perpetual state of healing but we are in the perpetual state of alchemy, if we allow ourselves to see and be seen.
