Welcome in to another episode of the Tryhard Academy Podcast. In this episode, Cole and Jeff will be diving head first into the frog pond to discover just exactly how, and why, the Gitrog Dredge Combo Archetype works as well as it does in the Competitive Commander environment. Built originally by Kiebitzen and Razzliox jointly, then piloted initially by Leptys (u/Leptys207 on Reddit) in Reddit's 5th Annual r/competitiveEDH online tournament (held in 2017), this deck has more than held its own in multiple environments since then, and has proven itself to be a mainstay in the cEDH gamespace.
