Today Kaeli shares a training that she led in her POP Aesthetic Leadership Academy. She describes how practices intuitively know that "patient retention" is important, but in general don't really invest the same resources into innovating for their current customers as they do to acquire new ones. She compares the patient ecosystem to a gas tank with a hole in it. As new patients come in, existing ones leave at the same or faster rate.
