Christine Chow, director at Hermes EOS, notes that while boards and the chairman of companies are able to articulate the big picture, how they then go about to execute the plan may not be all that clear. Transparency, she explains is about good quality, hard data, third party verified and followed through with an implementation plan on how goals are to be achieved.
