Beth Griffith, GIP™ is a servant leader with a demonstrated history of working in the renewable energy industry, nonprofit organizations, training, project management, team building, and public speaking. She is an internationally certified Green Infrastructure Practitioner and one of the few Afro-Latina women with this designation. Her passion is teaching, community organizing, and giving back. Beth has seven years of experience in the energy sector. She has taught workshops at Suffolk University about entrepreneurship for women of color, co-hosted webinars showcasing the benefits of owning a business, and makes appearances on the Black Community Information Center’s Drumbeat Radio show. Beth is successful in all of this as she openly struggles through depression. Hear Beth's story as she deals with the challenges in her life, but still strongly advocates on behalf of people of color who can be gravely impacted by the neglect of renewable energy sources that affect our daily lives.
