You cannot grow without first changing. Growth is necessary are a performer. You cannot expect your career to grow unless you grow first. So how do you do it? Sometimes it will be small changes and sometimes it will be a large change, but change is good for you. That is the first thing we all must understand. Although it can be scary, change is good. You must make changes in yourself and in your talent in order to grow. You can learn new things, on and off the stage. You can take a class to refine the skills you have, you can adapt your show or your style with the times and trends. There are changes coming to the Being On Stage community and Podcast as well.
