Episode 100 - Profit Isn’t Dirty, It’s an Abundance for Auto Repair Shop Owners

In this episode, I’ll talk about accidents in your shop happening right now. Let’s talk about how your Net Profit is merely an accident. Look at your P&I.  You have Sales minus Cost equals Gross Profit.  Then subtract your Expenses which leaves you with your Net Profit.  My problem is that net profit is a left over. It's a scrap. Whatever you get is merely by accident. I'm sick and tired of net profit being table scraps. I'm tired of hoping it’s a positive number. I’m tired of shop owners who are disappointed that they didn’t get what they wanted. That’s why I’m talking about Net Profit.
