We made it to a century, y'all! The Adjunct Series is going strong, and we're stoked to celebrate our 100th episode of this series by hanging out with the team behind Toronto Brewing. Cee and Scott shopped at Toronto Brewing when it was operating out of founder Zack Weinberg's home in their homebrew days back in 2011, so this was a great full-circle moment. During the pandemic, Zack opened a second location on Geary St in Toronto that's also home to their independent bottle shop. Joined by Justin Ross (who runs the bottle shop), they chatted about the importance of independent beer stores in Ontario, how they cater to homebrewers via sorting their product by the ingredients used, and whether Irish Reds and Belgian beers are still popular.
