Join us as we discuss Doctor Who Episode 1002 – Smile It’s time for Bill’s first official trip in the Tardis. The Doctor asks, “Past or Future?” Bill wants to see the future in the hopes that it’s happy. Off they go to an Earth colony that has cracked the mystery of perpetual happiness. But the planet doesn’t have any people, only micro-robots and interface-devices with happy emoji faces. Bill and The Doctor wonder what happened to everyone, while the interface-devices make sure that they are happy in every way. The Doctor starts to become suspicious when the devices don’t seem to react well when Bill or he aren’t happy. Soon, they realize that can’t have emotions other than happiness.
