Episode 101: Finding Healing Through Our Stories

Welcome to this week’s episode of To Help You Heal. I’m so glad you’re here. Today, I want to talk about something that comes up so often in my conversations with women—your story. Many times, women come up to me after I speak and they begin by saying, “My story isn’t quite like yours…” and I always pause them right there. Because it’s not about comparison—it’s about connection. We all have a story. It doesn’t have to be finished or perfect. It doesn’t even have to make sense. But there are pieces of it that someone else desperately needs to hear. Sharing your story, even just a part of it, can be the very thing that helps someone else find hope, healing, or simply the strength to keep going.
