Efforts appear to have been successful, with the number of teen pregnancies down from previous years. The substitution strategy proposed consists of stressing waiting until marriage, and referrals to "crisis pregnancy centers" which are anti-abortion tools.Part 2:We talk with Ira Shapiro, who has co-edited a book which examines the effects of Trump's "big beautiful bill".
