In a very special COVID episode, Christine and Alaa talk to Diana Berrent, founder of Survivor Corps. Survivor Corps is one of the largest and fastest growing grassroots movements connecting, supporting, educating, motivating and mobilizing COVID-19 Survivors to support all medical, scientific and academic research, help stem the tide of this pandemic and assist in the national recovery. Diana founded Survivor Corps after her own battle with COVID early on left her with few resources to draw from in her lingering side effects and recovery. Through their online community, survivors have found a place to share their stories, symptoms and methods of treatment. Recently they partnered with the Indiana School of Medicine to conducting and publishing a COVID-19 fever survey report.
